A joint YCF comprised of members from Sheffield and Beverley & East Riding CC took part in the CqE National Short Croquet Inter-Club Competition, travelling to Nottingham Croquet Club to take on Nottingham A.
Nottingham were hosting another match the same day which allowed us to sample their club’s famous volunteer-provided catering.
Despite the excellent weather, lawn quality, and some strong individual performances, the team lost 7-4. A great day was had by all.
